Lee Jun Ki's contract with management company ends, should he stay or should he leave?

News from China Sina Portal, Beijing morning 9 Feb 2010. According to Korean media reports, the contract between Korean actor Lee Jun Ki and his management company Mentor Entertainment has ended last month and Lee Jun Ki’s decision in the near future has drawn particular attention from external circles.

Following previous precedence, Lee Jun Ki has 3 choices: renew his contract with Mentor, establish his own management company or pick another management company. As Lee Jun Ki is extremely popular in Asia, his final decision has drawn great attention.

Recently there were rumours that a large entertainment company hoped to sign a contract with Lee Jun Ki for 1 Billion Korean won and also rumours that Lee Jun Ki will establish his own management company. However, taking into consideration that Lee Jun Ki will be entering the military services this year, and looking into the future when he has to make his comeback after leaving the military service, it is also possible that he may renew his contract with Mentor with whom he has collaborated with for many years.

According to a staff from Lee Jun Ki’s team, Lee Jun Ki and Mentor always had a good cooperative relationship and Lee Jun Ki’s is seriously considering the matter and a decision is expected soon.
